Terms Of Service

By buying something from me (i.e. sending me payment through Paypal in exchange for any work or creation of mine) you are agreeing to the terms listed in this document. Please note that these terms of service are final and I hold all commissioners to the same standard so that both parties are treated fairly. If there is something in the terms listed that you would like to discuss, please message me and inquire! It is entirely up to the customer to make sure that they have read the TOS before commissioning. Thank you!

General Info

Turn around times:
Due to life, some art orders may take longer to complete. I agree to message you any/all updates regarding timeline changes or art progress updates so you can be sure you are happy with the outcome of the purchase.. Normally wait times do not exceed more that 2 weeks.I OWN the rights to MY artwork. You may not use the artwork for repeated money-gaining purposes or vast redistribution (selling my art on shirts, tracing the art to sell, ect! Even if you bought the art as a commission), This ALSO includes any characters designed SPECIFICALLY by me. You may not make alt pallets and sell them separately or make ocs heavily referenced off the design.I have the right to refuse any commission without giving a reason. This however, rarely happens.When and if you decide to commission me, I ask you to contact me and provide me a detailed reference/description of your character. If there is a specific pose or facial expression let me know that as well. If there is any other information you deem helpful then include it. Please try to have your payment READY as well. It is okay if your payment is not ready at the moment BUT please be aware that I do NOT complete any drawing or work on your piece PAST THE ROUGH SKETCH STAGE until payment is received in FULL..Don't rush me,
I try to work in the order that I receive payment for commissions and this will vary depending on what I feel like working on THAT DAY. Usually my sketches go in the order that I receive payment. If you would like an order done quickly (rushed) please let me know right away when you place your order as there may be ADDITIONAL FEE's added for rushed/express work.If you are commissioning me, please check my instagram account’s current works to make sure you like my style. My anatomy may change with the personality of your character.I allow changes and adjustments to the pieces as I work on them. I will not do DRASTIC changes past the lineart stage! I send plenty of progress shots so you can approve it! In addition I will NOT fix art that you come back weeks later and would like changed. That’s ridiculous.If you are commissioning me, PLEASE make sure to check your DMs frequently. I may ask questions to make the experience pleasurable for every party involved.At the moment I accept PAYPAL only in USD. If you send the wrong amount or send in the wrong currency I will request the rest of the money and you will be required to pay fees.When commissions are completed, I contact you to let you know. All digital pieces will be emailed to you! IF the email you use is different from your paypal email please let me know!

What can you do with my art?

Upon receiving your commission, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:You may upload the image to any of your art galleries of your choosing. I kindly ask that if you do so, to please credit me. This can be as simple as just mentioning my name in the caption!You may print out whatever work I do for you.You may hang it on your wall, show it off to friends, etc.Upon receiving your commission YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:You are NOT ALLOWED to use my artwork to gain a profit.!You are NOT ALLOWED to sell copies of your commission,you are NOT ALLOWED to put it on a t-shirt or other product to sell. Your commission is STRICTLY and ONLY for PERSONAL USE.You are NOT ALLOWED to claim the work as your own (this is obvious, but needs to be stated)You are NOT ALLOWED to trace the commission to create a 'base' for you or other people to color. They are not to be used to make bases for adoptables, etc. A commission is meant to be an original work by an artist SPECIFICALLY created for you. You are violating my terms of copyright by tracing and or referencing any piece you purchase from me.

What can you do with my designs?

You may edit my designs. You can make whatever edits you like but I ask that if you completely re-design them you credit the artist who does the re-design.You may commission any art for the oc including nsfw or gore content. I do not support illegal content such as zoo or Feral nsfw art being drawn of ocs I’ve created. If I find out that is happening then the person responsible will be banned from buying my content in the future.I will never use my status to re-claim ocs from buyers. Even in situations where people are canceled or the break my TOS I cannot claim the oc back.
The only situation I would claim to still own the oc is if the payment was charged back, or (in case of oc swaps) if the design you swapped them with was stolen.When making custom characters I make multiple versions. I reserve the right to be able to keep and sell the designs that look different in pallet and design from the end product.
