By buying something from me (i.e. sending me a payment in exchange for any artwork or design of mine) you are agreeing to the terms listed in this document. Please note that these terms of service are final and I hold all commissioners to the same standard so that both parties are treated fairly. If there is something in the terms listed that you would like to discuss, please message me and inquire! It is entirely up to the customer to make sure that they have read the TOS before commissioning. Thank you!
I ONLY take commissions through the ticket system in my discord server OR through Instagram dms!At the moment I take all payments through my Kofi website which accepts paypal. All currency's on my price sheet are in USD only. Make sure to compare ur currency against USD to be sure you have the funds available.
Some art orders may take longer than others to complete. I work on multiple commissions along-side each other instead of one at a time so my timeline/que isnt linear.
Normally wait times do not exceed 2 weeks, and if it does your priority will be bumped for completion ASAP.
If you need a rushed order we can discuss a price.I have the right to refuse any commission without giving a reason. This however, rarely happens.You dont need a reference sheet BUT all commissions (Excluding custom character designs) will require a digital image of your character without shading.
I am happy to make adjustments/edits during the sketch phase. I will not do drastic changes past the lineart stage other than of course markings. Please look closely at the flat colors to be sure i haven't forgotten any markings and dont be scared to remind me of things i miss!If you are commissioning me, PLEASE make sure to check your DMs frequently. I may ask questions or send updates that require your approval.
You may upload your commission to any of your social media. I ask that if you do so, to please credit me. This can just mentioning my name in the caption somewhere.You are also welcome to use your commission for streams/content creation as long as i am credited!to hang on your wall or turn into an accessory such as a shirt, badge, shirt, whatever u want as long as its personal use OR gifts.You may not print/redistribute for profit such as selling at conventions even if printed onto other things such as posters, shirts, etc.Your commission is strictly for PERSONAL USE.You may not to claim the work as your own (this is obvious, but needs to be stated)You are NOT ALLOWED to trace the commission to create a 'base' for you or other people to color. They are not to be used to make bases for adoptables, etc. You are violating my terms of copyright by tracing any piece even if you purchase from me.
You may edit my designs. You can make whatever edits you like but I ask that if you completely re-design them you credit the artist who does the re-design.Can you edit your design? YES, you can:
Make pallet edits.
Edit markings
Change the species.
Change the body type/gender.You may commission any art for the oc including nsfw. I do not support illegal content being drawn of oc I’ve created. If I find out that is happening then the person responsible will be banned from buying my content in the future.I will never use my status to re-claim ocs from buyers. Even in situations where people are canceled or the break my TOS I cannot claim the oc back.
The only situation I would claim to still own the oc is if the payment was charged back.When making custom characters I make multiple versions. I reserve the right to be able to keep and sell the designs that arent used in the final draft.
